Application fee per applicant: $75
Corporate Application: $100
Security Deposit/Holding Deposit: 1BR: $250 / 2BR: $250 / 3BR: $300
Security Deposit - Additional:Half month's rent
Security Deposit - Maximum: Full month's rent
Administrative fee: $175
Pet Fee - Non Refundable: $300 for one; $450 for two (max 2)
Monthly pet fee per animal: $20
Storage units: $15
Carports: $30
Detached Garage: $100
Attached Garage: $150
Replacement Garage Remote: $50
Replacement Amenity Fob: $25
Mailbox Key: $10 / Apt Key: $25
Water/Sewer/Trash: Varies monthly based on usage, billed in arrears by third party
Pest Control: $2.50
Utility Billing Fee: $1.63
Electric Service Fee for not setting up: $25 per billing cycle
NSF Fee: $30
Monthly Late Fees if not paid by the fifth (5) of the month, is $100.
Termination Fee: 60 day notice / One-month of rent penalty / Payback any concession
Returned Payment: $30
Reinstatement: $450
Apartment Transfer Fee: $500
Liability Insurance if renter's insurance policy lapses: $13.22

Max 2 Allowed | Max weight 75 lb each | One time Fee $300

Comments: Nonrefundable fee for 1 pet of $300 or $450 for 2 pets due at move-in. Monthly fee of $20 per pet. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.

Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.

Corbin Greens Apartments requires Renter's Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability coverage, $10,000 in personal property coverage.
